“LB Bulgaricum” offers symbiotic starters for Bulgarian white brined cheese, which consist of Lactobacillus lactis and Lactobacillus casei, as well as a symbiotic combination of Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, isolated and selected from natural sources in Bulgaria, without application of genetic modification.
The starters for Bulgarian white brined cheese are suitable for direct application and/or for preparation of industrial starter.
They are marketed in three-layer aluminium foil packs of various weight depending on the needs of our clients.
