LB Bulgaricum special yellow cheese is a specially developed product with a delicate texture and expressive taste and aroma. It is made of full-fat or a normalized fat ratio cow milk with added lactic acid bacteria starter, calcium chloride and fortified with cheese yeast. The product has undergone the necessary technical processing for ripening.

LB Bulgaricum special yellow cheese is suitable for all lovers of yellow cheese prepared by thermal cooking – frying, baking and of course direct consumption.
