“LB Bulgaricum” smoked yellow cheese is made based on an authentic Bulgarian technology with added stater of specially selected lactic acid bacteria. After undergoing the necessary technological processing, “LB Bulgaricum” yellow cheese is smoked by the burning of fresh oak chips in order to obtain its specific smoky flavour.
