“LB Bulgaricum” is the Bulgarian yoghurt made of high-quality cow milk and symbiotic starter that contains the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus isolated in Bulgaria. The beneficial effects of Bulgarian yoghurt on the human body have been proven a long time ago and have remained uncontested. It improves the condition of the gut microbiota, it is beneficial for the gastrointestinal tract and it is the key to normal peristalsis. Therefore, it is recommended as an essential part of adequate nutrition and for overweight people.
