“LB Bulgaricum” EAD offers a variety of mesophilic lyophilised cultures for the production of butter, sour cream, curd and other types of soft cheese and fresh cheese.
The mesophilic cultures comprise of Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis var. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris.
The starters for butter and cream are suitable for direct application and/or for preparation of industrial starter.
They are marketed in three-layer aluminium foil packs of various weight depending on the needs of our clients.
