Starters for Bulgarian yellow cheese

“LB Bulgaricum” offers a symbiotic starter for Bulgarian yellow cheese consisting of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus helveticus. The starters have been isolated from traditional Bulgarian dairy products and have not been subject to genetic modification.

The starters for Bulgarian yellow cheese are suitable for direct application and/or for preparation of industrial starter.

They are marketed in three-layer aluminium foil packs of various weight depending on the needs of our clients.
