Probiotic starters for fermented milk

“LB Bulgaricum” maintains a rich collection of lactic acid probiotic strains, whose beneficial effects have been studied via in-vitro and in-vivo techniques. The probiotic cultures offered are in the form of lyophilised concentrated agent of single strains or a mix of strains with high viability, which can be used as a supplement in the production of different types of food products, as a mixture for capsules or used independently.

The probiotic starters are offered in three-layer aluminium foil packs of various weight and ingredients.
