The white brined cheese of “LB Bulgaricum” is made based on a traditional recipe, from high-quality cow milk and authentic Bulgarian starter of lactic acid bacteria and calcium chloride. The secret of the authentic taste of “LB Bulgaricum” cheese is in the process of ripening, when the solid and elastic structure is formed and the pleasant moderately salty taste with prominent acidity is developed.

“LB Bulgaricum” white brined cheese is marketed in a sealed package of 200 g, 400 g and 800 g and also in Easy Open Boxes of 800 g.
