Goat milk white brined cheese

Although some consumers do not like the typical flavour and taste of goat cheese, it is actually a very healthy dairy product. Goat milk is the food that is closest to the most perfect food existing in nature. The chemical structure of goat milk is surprisingly similar to human breast milk. It contains whole protein with all the essential amino acids and digestible fat as compared to cow milk. The macro composition of goat milk makes it similar to cow milk; however, it differs substantially from cow milk with respect to the characteristics of its main components and its micro composition.

“LB Bulgaricum” uses high-quality goat milk with added starter of lactic acid bacteria for the production of white brined cheese from goat milk, which retains the product’s taste from ancient times.
